Disclosure - ISEA's Role

The International School of European Aviation (ISEA) is assisting the Lund University School of European Aviation (L.U.S.A) to deliver courses in Australia. ISEA's role is to provide administrative assistance and recruit students on behalf of L.U.S.A and its satellite campus. The course content, delivery of training and award of qualifications is the responsibility of L.U.S.A and its satellite campus.

L.U.S.A's satellite campus, and not ISEA, are registered CRICOS providers for the purposes of the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act 2000. Compliance with the ESOS Act, including the provision of information to you regarding its consumer protection provisions, is the responsibility of L.U.S.A's satellite campus as registered CRICOS provider. ISEA is subject to the Privacy Act 1988 and is committed to protecting your personal information. Applicant's Declaration

I declare that all the information I have given to ISEA is true and correct. I agree to tell ISEA immediately if there is any change to the information I have provided. I understand ISEA may vary or reverse any decision made on the basis of incorrect or incomplete information which I or my agent/sponsor may have provided. I declare that I have not been excluded from or subject to disciplinary action at any tertiary institution. I consent to ISEA collecting, using and disclosing personal information in accordance with the ISEA Privacy Policy.

I agree to advise ISEA of any studies that I am undertaking or will undertake at any period with another provider which coincides with a period of study I am applying through ISEA to undertake. I understand that should I have obligations to another provider, ISEA is unable to offer me enrolment. I understand that I must present any documents requested by ISEA to confirm my status.

If I hold a student visa, I understand and agree to abide by the requirements of the student visa, including, but not limited to the following:

I must enrol in a study pattern that allows me to complete my course within the course duration set on my confirmation of enrolment;

I agree to advise ISEA on arrival of my address and telephone number in Australia and of any change in my contact details.

If I am not the holder of a student visa, I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that the visa I hold permits me to undertake the course in which I enrol in at ISEA.

I understand that I am fully responsible for my education and living expenses while completing my course.

I agree to be bound by all the rules and any relevant policies of ISEA.
