ISEA's training facilities, TVSA Pilot Training, is registered in accordance to the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act 2000. As a registered training organisation of Australia, we offer our students a comprehensive fee security system to ensure our student receive the quality of training that they expect. As a student of ISEA your fees are protected by:

1. Refund Policy

In accordance to the ESOS legislation, ISEA has a comprehensive Refund Policy to clearly outline student entitlements in cases of both provider and student default.

2. Tuition Assurance Scheme

As a member of ACPET it is mandatory that ISEA's training facility maintains a Tuition Assurance Scheme. Yearly premiums are paid to ACPET; TVSA's chosen Tuition Assurance Scheme. In the unlikely event that ISEA is no longer able to continue business; ACPET will place the student with a like training provider and fund the education equivalent course.

3. Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Assurance Fund

As a final security net, the Federal Government of Australia has set up an ESOS Assurance Fund which is underpinned by the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act 2000. The ESOS Assurance Fund is managed by Price Waterhouse Coopers Chartered Accountants, who are responsible for conducting risk assessment for all providers. In the unlikely case that the Tuition Assurance Scheme does not deliver, a claim can be made against this fund.
