Lund University School of Aviation, Sweden
Lund University was founded in 1666, and is today respected as one of Europe's best universities.
Lund University School of Aviation (L.U.S.A) was established by the Swedish Air Force in 1984 to train pilots for commercial aviation. It became a department of Lund University in 1998
More than 450 pilots have completed the L.U.S.A integrated ATPL course, with many graduates now working for major European airlines including Air France, Swiss, Sterling, AirBaltic, Ryanair, EasyJet and Norwegian Air Shuttle.
It is now extending its training into Australia in collaboration with the University of Wollongong (UOW) Australia through the International School of European Aviation in 2009.
